Telephone support is provided 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Note that you must have a current maintenance service agreement to receive support.


PowerMic Warranty Replacements


This is the call path for initiating a replacement for a broken or defective PowerMic covered by a warranty or maintenance service agreement.

We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. When calling, say "PowerMic Replacement" at the prompt.
